Tickets
Tickets can be bought at the AUB Ticket office, which is located in the "Stadsschouwburg" (city theatre) on Leidseplein 26 (terrace side to the right). Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 - 18:00 and Sundays from 12:00 - 18:00; or call for information +31 20 795 9950.Last-minute offers are announced daily at 8:00; tickets go on sale at noon. The tickets are valid for performances taking place on the same day (matinées excluded).

Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam The current Stadsschouwburg (City Theatre) building dates back to 1894 and is built in a neo-cclassical style. The beautiful main hall (De Grote Zaal) is built in Barok style. The building itself is worthwhile a visit.The Stadsschouwburg is the home of Toneelgroep Amsterdam, which performances are guided with English surtitles on Thursdays. But also the dance performances can easily be visited by English speaking visitors. Stadsschouwburg is part of the Holland Festival.
