Autumn Events & Festivals in Amsterdam

In Autumn / Fall, Amsterdam is slowing down. But don’t be fooled. In September, October and November there are still some nice events and festivals in Amsterdam. These are our favourites:
Go to the details & reviews page of Open Monumentendag (Heritage Days) in Amsterdam Open Monumentendag (Heritage Days) is being held every second weekend of September, throughout The Netherlands and of course: in Amsterdam. For two days you'll get the chance to discover the rich cultural heritage of many hidden architectural treasures that Amsterdam has to offer.

Around 50 monumental buildings and houses - many of which are normally off limits to the public - open their doors for free during this weekend! De Bazel building is the main information point.

Go to the details & reviews page of Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in Amsterdam Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has grown into the worlds biggest club festival for electronic music offering music lovers a taste of the latest trends and developments in the electronic music scene. Every year in October, for 5 days over 700 artists from all over the world perform in 75 clubs and venues around the city of Amsterdam.

The festival offers business professionals and music lovers a taste of the latest trends and developments in the electronic music scene. In most venues you have to be 18 years or older.

Go to the details & reviews page of Amsterdam Museumnacht (Museum Night) Museumnacht (Museum Night) is organised every first Saturday of November. During this night around 50 Amsterdam museums stay open from 19.00 to 02.00 hours. This night is especially for a younger crowd (18-35) and its purpose is to let a new audience get acquainted with the museums and their collections.

Museumnacht offers a special programme that is inspired by the collections and/or exhibitions of the participating museums but also includes after parties, performances, food and drinks.
